In your 20s
At this age, sin tends to be oiler so you need to cleanse tone and moisturize it. Starting with this routine will serve well in the future. If you still have acne from your teens, you can seek specialist treatment to combat the situation. Consider using Natural and Organic Skin Care and Makeup as it helps keeping your skin natural.

Extra care: invest in a good make-up remover and be gentle in removing eye make-up as he skin around your eye is delicate.

In your 30s
If your skin becomes less oily than it was in your 20s, continue using a moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated so as to avoid getting fine lines. Avoid harsh cleansers as they tend to strip the skin off needed moisture and toners with alcohol. Use a sunscreen with UV filter of above SPF 15 whenever you go out. IQ Natural is one of the place you can shop natural products

Extra care: exfoliate at least once a week to remove dead cells and for a glowing complexion. Follow this with a mask. If you have normal to dry skin, try a hydrating mask. For oily to dry combination skin trying an absorbing mask.

In your 40s
At this age, lines, pigmentation and uneven texture are more pronounced hence the need to invest heavily in your skin. Find products that address these issues and ensure a healthy diet and lifestyle as they influence the condition of your skin. Eating foods rich in vitamins, antioxidants, drinking 8 glasses of water per day and getting enough rest will go a long way in improving the elasticity of your skin.

Extra care: after cleansing the skin and at night before you sleep, use serum and specific creams on the eye and neck areas. Also use anti-ageing creams at night as well.

In your 50s
If you have been diligent in caring for your skin, you will probably have fewer wrinkles and other issues related to mature skin. In this era, skin tends to be dry and less elastic thus causing deeper lines. Still use cleansers and moisturizers, but cream best products are better. Use moisture masks heavily and tissue off instead of washing it off.

Extra care: Use oil based products in the evening and massage tissue oils to the face to stimulate circulation. Apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp and use rich creams that seal the moisture and keep the skin soft and supple.
